Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge users on Sprint will be thrilled to see the carrier pushing an update which includes Samsung Pay prior to its beta period, and a month before its expected launch. Samsung Pay is set to make its US debut on September 28, so its interesting to see the carrier push the update a month early. The change log for this update includes:
- Samsung Pay
- Live broadcasting via Yahoo!
- High Quality Audio (with Samsung headsets)
- UI updates
- Bug fixes
Samsung is hosting a beta for Samsung Pay in which select users can gain access to the mobile payment option beginning August 25. Samsung Pay aside, the update still brings a number of great additions to the phones, so be sure to check for your update now in the Settings menu.
