Since this case combines both TPU and polycarbonate materials, there's a difference in texture between the bumper and the frosted shell on the back. The TPU bumper features glossed accents on all 4 corners along with hexagonal shapes on both sides that add to the case's grip and slightly rugged appearance. The back shell isn't exactly clear, but is more of a semi-transparent plastic that allows you to barely make out the Moto G 2015's battery door when installed. There is a large cutout for the camera and flash, too.
